MONTAUK! The END!

Greetings Traveler!
Maggie, Carl, and I took a road trip last week to Montauk's Lighthouse. For those who don't know what the heck I'm talking about, Montauk is the furthest point east on Long Island. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive from New York and you pass 30 Cheesecake Factorys, 72 Appleby's, 150 Foot Lockers, the Hamptons, and one giant Duck to get there.
Maggie and I tend to travel off season to all of our destinations and Montauk was no exception. The place was empty, the parking was free, and stealing stuff was so easy (sorry Handicap parkers of Montauk).
Two things to watch out for when heading to Montauk: 1) The Coors Light drafts at the only decent bar in Montauk cost $6.00. Drink slowly. 2) Deer ticks are the local bullies, so wear two pairs of underpants (trust me).
The Giant Duck.

The Rocky Shore.

As far out we could go without getting wet.

Scott and Maggie go sledding
It snowed once this winter. We took full advantage and went to Prospect Park. This was Maggie's first time on a sled and only the 3rd time in the snow.

Something tells me that moustache may not be real. . .

Henry was in the barbershop quartet of the high school musical, The Music Man, last weekend! Here is a video clip from rehearsals, and some great stills which include our very own, very dapper Henry Farrell.

Fella Farrell: "I'm angry!"

Fella Farrell is angry and he should be. The older (by 3 minutes) twin of Ella Farrell is demanding the recognition he feels he is naturally entitled to. "I'm so sick of playing second toy fiddle to my barely younger sister! Sure, everyone loves a baby girl, but while she is all goo-goo ga-ga I am out there busting my hump trying to put tiny jars of food on the table! What gives?"
It's true Fella seems to be the more mature twin. He is reading at a 3 year old level, drives a small Ferrari power wheels, and works 3rd shift as a stock boy at Key Food - a job Fella admits "Sucks." When not on the clock Fella likes to chase bubbles in the park, spin around in the living room until he falls over, and cook.
So what's next for Fella? "Listen, I just want a little fan fare. A birthday card would be a nice start. Being involved in the Secret Santas every year wouldn't kill anyone either. Also, I would like to live with my family instead of in the box under the grill. If I have to put up with this neglect for another year I will really lose my (diaper deposit)!"
