THIS IS THE FUTURE!
In honor of the new decade we added "4 Legged Shots" to the party schedule. Look for the size 100 underwear. Pants were cut, tears were shed, Michael J and Barack O were on every shirt. The future is looking bright.

Family (Fit) Feud
Hey All!
Word is that folks were talking about doing a weight loss competition for the New Year.
So I found this site, www.fitfeud.com and made a 'league' for us.
(Our team is called "Flabby No Mo'"; password login: farrell)
Y'all should read through it and see if it is something you would want to do. Also there are a bunch of FAQs on the site but I imagine people will want to know the following:
-- it is free
-- your actual numerical weight is private (unless you want to show it) and the weekly results are %
-- i picked a 12-week competition but we can make it shorter or longer
-- i picked the 10th of Jan as the start date
-- weigh-ins are weekly
--you will be prompted to weigh-in by weekly reminder emails
-- we can set any type of 'prize' for the winner that we want.
We've got a handful of people already signed up. The more the merrier.
And obviously the winner will get a trophy that will be talked about for generations to come.
