Portland is beautiful

But law school is very time consuming so I haven't had much time
to post photos.
Here is where we went hiking the day after we arrived.
Not a bad intro to the city.
First pic is of the Columbia River gorge;
second is Multnomah Falls. Yeee haaaw!

The Art and Sciene of Catfishing.

Greeting Travelers!

During a recent trip to Mississippi I was blessed with the opportunity to get a true taste of local flavor. That flavor: Netting catfish and eating them within an hour. Two things should be noted 1) The shorts were recommended to me and not a choice of my own (though I've worn shorter) 2) 30 catfish were "wrangled" in 6 minutes.

Fortune Quotes Me, Stock Market Hasn't Recovered Since

It's not oil prices. It's not the War In Iraq. We can't even blame the lending bailout. It's because important finance magazines are sourcing idiot people like me for insight. I move markets...down.

Shot of the Fringe

Click on the link below to see a nice little video by a British comedian for the Guardian. While this is very entertaining for me (some good shots of Edinburgh and a particular courtyard that I used to haunt) around the 4 minute mark you can see some footage of the venue (the Underbelly) and the stage where Eamonn is performing. Viva la Fringe.
